Wiki suggests he doesn’t act in good faith.

This made me wonder who “Chairman Comer” is as the conduct described below doesn’t seem like good faith investigation.

This is grim
Africans recruited by Russia are referred to as “can openers”. Here’s a photo of one with a land mine strapped to him designed for detonating in a bid to "open" the 🇺🇦 bunker

Some “recruited“ as shop assistants/jobs in a shampoo factory find themselves at the front - cannon fodder

It films a screen inside the forensics centre which identifies the dead through a long list of photos, as a loudspeaker calls out their names and asks relatives to collect the body.

That list alone suggests 250 bodies. Brutal.

I’d’ve thought that creating a tool (Grok) that strips children, women and men and desecrates victims of the holocaust or shootings …and then refusing to stop it would not bode well for his application in child custody applications

What’s the temperature like in Jan? I’ve only been in May/ Sept/ Oct

And there is such a fabulous sweeping coastline there. The walk along the battlements and through the botanical gardens is wonderful

I’ve been turning this thought over : “even if voters’ personal experiences are positive, they can still regard the country as a whole as being in a parlous position.

It is very hard to tackle that political mentality through any policy agenda, in the normal sense of the term.

It was brilliant!

6 of us caught the 66 bus from Cheltenham to Stroud sitting on the top deck and were blessed with glorious views of the Slad Valley shing in the crystal cold winter sunshine.

Taxi from there to the vineyard (photos = views from the vineyard.

Who’s gonna tell him that

1/ having Trump’s America as a neighbour is a highly undesirable state of affairs

2/. Russia is America’s neighbour….separated by just 2.4 miles.

You’d think he’d remember that given he met Putin there (instead of arresting him per the ICC warrant for war crimes).
January 9, 2026 at 10:05 PM
It rather looks as if Russia’s illegal war on Ukraine is rather bad for its economy….and its “3 day special military operation” will be entering it’s fifth year of outright war next month.

I feel so fortunate to have so many delightful places to walk each day without having to get in my car

I’m sure it helps me to get out every day (sunshine ☀️ a bonus).

I clocked up over 2000 miles in 2025 and nearly 4,700 since I started using the Conquerer App in the last week of Sept 2023

I’ve been thinking quite a lot about why Starmer seems to be losing his grip on public opinion so rapidly

His strength was supposed to be that he would be a safe pair of hand, even if you thought some of his political choices were unwise
A rule of law man

But, now, not even convincing about that.

Lots of ice fozen over the pond and lake surfaces on my walk today.

Ducks and geese alternating between picking their way on the surface and sliding into the small cold pools of water

I’ve been using RailEurope (on your recommendation!) successfully until now.

It offers me suitable trains. I tick one …tells me I can’t reserve a seat and then won’t allow me to book…because I have not selected a ticket…but I have selected a train

The “explanation” doesn’t solve the problem.

But Mark Kelly is not deterred.

Andrew Husband, (aka Andrew Tennant) Durham Reform council leader behind a “Doge”-style war on public spending is the owner of two companies which have been placed into administration owing £1.5 million, including more than £500,000 in tax, government-backed Covid loans, and staff pay.

Well.

More about what can go wrong here plus the additional pressures wrought by drought and flooding due to climate change.

Now they are beginning to use underwater drones to help inspect canals.

This appears to be an anonymous tip off from a Norwegian iP address… so pinches of salt.

But are there photos/ other evidence of the scene described?

Epstein had ‘tapes in secret compartment’ at Bahamas pad that relate to Andrew Windsor, an FBI tip-off claims”
