This plan is two-fold. Reduce staff, then reduce pay for everyone left. Government will become "Right to Work". The remaining highly educated and qualified will fight to work for pennies in the private sector as they happily do the same.

The simple fact that ANYONE would vote for a sexual assaulting alcoholic with a mean streak (That's a FIRST) is appalling at best. The latest is paying off a woman in 2017 for assault. This is what you get with a morally flexible GOP.
