I refuse to call technology advanced until it's been proven to be more durable. Sci-fi movies have taught me that the future of tech will give us tech components that will be reliable after decades and centuries of use.

Please keep in mind that Dickens added a shot about the lack of value of "United States' security" in his famous 'A Christmas Carol' because several states willfully defaulted on their debts to British investors. This was in the 1830s-'40s. This speaks well to their levels of historical integrity.

I'm going to need some definitions for 'strange' and 'suspicious'. There are those who would see egg nog as a suspicious potion, and people offering it as suspicious.

I believe the first thing would be a need to establish the status of the kuato: are they also a traffic cop, a conjoined bystander, or a psychic working with the local police force? From there, you could figure out which one to talk to while pulled over, and which one to open your mind to.
