Took part in a total Hysterectomy today! Was cool to be fully hand in for the surgery but one of the surgeons accidentally nicked the uterine artery and got blood sprayed on us lol

First ever time seeing a baby's delivery on my first ever day of Obs & Gynae placement and it becomes a Category 1 Emergency Caesarian Section due to Cord Prolapse AND Placental Abruption.
That's genuinely insane to see for the first one it's like. Quite rare ?!??!
