No we don't. We have always segregated by sex, and that's what the SC ruling confirmed.
Some cross dressers have always used women's facilities and generally been tolerated (if reluctantly), but in the last ten or so years this has become an outright demand of transactivism. Women can say no.

This is the issue with attempting to railroad people into accepting new definitions for words - your arguments become meaningless. We segregate by sex. Trans people don't change sex.

In UK law any space described as women only must exclude all men, including those that identify as trans. The Supreme Court ruled on this. This is what feminists want to defend, and what trans activists want to overturn.

It's truly shocking. I've been a Green Party member, hosted meetings, edited and laid-out the local 'Green View' leaflets. I feel completely betrayed.
The party has adopted all of the Equality Act 'protected characteristics' into its record of policy with one exception - sex. Misogyny writ large.

It's perfectly legal to pick any of the four Fs on public land. It's also necessary in many cases to get a good ID to species level. And it does pretty much zero harm. Hopefully it made OP a nice breakfast.

Macrolepiota usually produce multiple mushrooms. This one has been sporing, as you can see from the leaves beneath. And they aren't uncommon.
