Josh Ritter was fantastic again tonight. Touring Hello Starling to an immaculate Belfast crowd. The smiliest man in indie rock? Loved the new Mandela hall, great soundsystem and closing the bar during the set - 😘 could hear a pin drop in the quiet songs.

Excellent selection of free books and a Caribbean buffet in work today for Black History month. Some cool posters around - I’ve suggested maybe a guest speaker next year as good turnout / audience.

Perfect time of night for a first listen to the new Sufjan LP. The lead single was beautiful so looking forward to digging in and enjoying the essays, collage and art in the 48 page book. You don’t get that on Spotify!

Some kids near me have been building this mini skatepark in the grounds of an old demolished school. It’s coming on great, love to see it.
