This is my happy face. (he/him)
It's a difficult time to be an export economy. I wouldn't say no to trains running on time, but as long as the CDU is part of the government, we won't get sensible investment into the infrastructure. They're simply not willing to get it done.

Not even remotely the same thing, and you know that.

People want to continue eating their traditional dishes and their favourite dishes from their childhood. And if meat-replacement products allow them to do that, then that's a great thing and makes the transition away from meat way easier.

Not saying that the stats are fully correct, but it's not only about direct emissions, but also about land use. A big chunk of the world's land area is used for producing meat. Restoration of forests and swamps on those areas would also have a massive impact.

It's a mod project that aims to create a remake of Morrowind in the Skyrim engine (so basically as a massive Skyrim mod). Any release is still far away though.
Skyblivion (similar idea, just with Oblivion) is quite close to a release though.

I've seen quite some moose in Sweden over the years (I went there on vacation a lot), and I mostly saw them from far away. They mostly avoid humans from what I can tell.

The best part is that you can add the prefix multiple times, like overoverovermorrow, pushing it a day ahead each time.
Now you still need something similar for "day before yesterday", but the archaic English version of that is so archaic that it's probably much harder to resurrect.🥲

I don't think this study went through any approval process yet, so it might still get yeeted into the sun.

E33 is amazing and deserved the GOTY, but having some RPG elements shouldn't be enough to win the "best role playing game" category imo.
There were other games that were *a lot* better at being a role playing game. So much better that there's no contest.

There are voice lines in Skyrim (that are actually used in the game) that just say "placeholder" (and it's actually localized into German: "Platzhalter").
I can see how AI generated stuff makes this more likely to happen, but it's kinda funny that it even happens when it should be totally obvious.😅

Even air is a pretty good insulation material. Not as effective as vacuum ofc, but way easier to use.

I'm 100% sure that if Germany announced to set up its own nuclear deterrance, even our closest allies would be very concerned we would face sanctions or even sabotage by them as a result.
Nuclear powers don't want *any* other countries to also become one.

I make textures as a hobby, and saying "eh, good enough" and moving on to the next thing is how I dodged a lot of the frustration. I half-assed things enough times so that skill and experience could accumulate.

I guess it depends from which angle you view it. As far as I remember, more than 60% of the money in the video game industry is made via microtransactions. A large portion of games these days are unregulated shopping/gambling addiction machines.
But there's still a ton of good games out there, too.

Die müssten also extra viel suspension of disbelief aufbringen.
