1. Ugh. I swear I'm not lying, but combing over which of the dozens he made would require I don't have atm. It was for 3, I know that much.

2. PNF-404's map in 3 greatly resembles Pangaea Ultima; the super continent theorized to form in the next 250 million years.

There's in-game hints all over.

I mean, example: I really like the Mario movie; but if it was made canon with the main series games, that would be...very weird.
