Took a quick trip to Georgia for a couple days and experienced the Great Wolf Lodge with my family. It was a great time, awesome place, and definitely fun for everyone. A couple days was plenty of time!

Wow I'm really starting to feel old. I got back in the gym Monday, did a great chest/triceps workout and some cardio and the past 3 days my triceps are KILLING me...not like workout sore tho...I did light weight to ease in on skull crushers and the spot near my elbows feel maybe I pulled something 😞

Bsky feels like the good ol days when social media was just getting started and things were small, felt personal and real. I really dig that about this space...something is just different and that's a good thing 🤘
