I don’t think he was actually ever charged w/ a crime. He was investigated & his sketch friend, Greenberg, FL tax collector was sentenced to 11 yrs in fed prison for sex trafficking a minor, identity theft, stalking, wire fraud & conspiracy to bribe a public official was supposed to roll over but?
