There was also this chart during this year mentioning e.g. Okmetic in Finland, but I also don't find anything on it in the state aid database (means not too much as Infineon is also still waiting for approval)

The Catania Invest was what I counted as Italy, did you find it in the EU database? However, I definitely forgot onsemi in CZ.
Also Intel in IRL falls under ChipsAct according to this - also not listed in the State Aid database, though.
