Elon Musk & GOP Speaker Mike Johnson have been loudly promoting FALSE, stereotyped accounts of widespread waste and fraud among Medicaid low-income recipients. But nearly 2 out of 3 working-age adults on Medicaid who aren’t on SSI—some 7M people—WORK.

The presidency was not a position meant to be above the law. We have checks and balances to protect our democracy so one person is not allotted all the power. Don’t be fooled; democracy requires these systems operating as intended to remain. Hold them accountable! We are not fool proof.

Musk and his cronies are not advising to gut the federal government for the benefit of middle class people. They’re gutting the federal government to help pay for the $4.5 trillion in tax cuts for the 1%. A cabinet of billionaires are looking out for their best interest, not ours.
