Dayanne Figueroa, a U.S. citizen and paralegal, was dragged from her car by ICE agents in Chicago after their unmarked vehicle crashed into hers. Despite being injured and in shock, she was taken to multiple locations, denied contact with her family or a lawyer, and was released without any charges.
