Practicing speed in longsword a while ago, think I'm coming in at a bit of an angle here, I adjusted my form a bit and getting it much more consistently edge-on.

Round one of my #longsword final last weekend at the Claregalway Castle Shield. That dude really wanted to cuddle, kept grabbing me and ended up getting a yellow card for it.
Didn't do him much good though, still kicked his butt.

And a bit of sparring from yesterday, I usually fight at distance and want to do things differently, so was working on going toe to toe, lots of fun but tiring!

A round from a fight over in Scotland a couple of weeks ago, up against Julian(in the black, maroon and white) from 1316 Medieval Fight Club, someone I'm always happy to lose to because he makes me work my absolute hardest and smartest, and I know he has to do the same
