Slight correction, Cyno’s parents sold him to the temple of silence who Cyrus was saved by but wasn’t a member. He wanted to help them until he found out what Bamoun intended and the consequences of it. Cyrus refused to help and took Cyno and ran back to the rainforest. He didn’t take any payment.
