I don’t follow the ‘Bullet Journal’ method, but I divide the page like this: 3 gratitudes, 3 essential tasks to do today, 3 possible tasks to do later, free notes. 👍🏻

Usually I do a little routine with breakfast, 5-10 mins meditation, journaling and 30 mins reading a good book.
3 times per week I also do a workout.
