Although all refined vegetable oils and fats have a similar neutral colour, they have very different properties, due to their natural composition. But they all contain fatty acids: #SAFA, #MUFA, & #PUFA.

👉 Saturated fats are typically solid at room 🌡️while unsaturated ones are liquid.

⚠️ Fact: Oils don't look the same! 🎨

The color of an oil depends on its plant source & if it's refined. Refining gives oils a neutral color, while unrefined oils can be green or dark yellow.
