Not just graduate job wages either. There are many many people with years of experience under their belts who are seeing the gap between their salaries & those of the newbies eroded. Pretty demotivating

It's wonderful isn't it. Took the kids a few years ago. Never really understood what 'pitch black' properly meant until that bit where they turn all the lights out.
