I'm wanting to go back on mine tbh. I've been off them 4 a decade now (for good reason) but there are times when I need them badly. I know there is a kind where you can just take them whenever you need them, & that would be best 4 me cus usually "high-functioning" but have bad days/weeks sometimes

I don't LIKE shaving mine, otherwise I look like a teenager and it's embarrassing lmao. I wish I would actually grow a beard though, instead it's a light mustache, sideburns (that are uneven), some very nice chin hair, and some patches on my cheeks. My brother grows a nice beard & I envy him for it

Utterly insane that you cant even bring up DIY. DIY is the only option for some people (esp right now...). Like yeah it can be dangerous, but that is why you do research, keep track of doses, and do blood tests regularly to ensure HRT is doing its job and not hurting you. It isn't even complicated
