Patient Survey Part 3
The Positives
51% of those who responded to our survey said they used the service of a pharmacy
This service was rated very highly
17% of our respondents from all parts of Clare & Limerick used a walk in clinic which shows we assume difficulty in accessing GP/Shannondoc

FEH Patient Survey Post 2
21% of survey responses came from the people in West Clare
It’s here we had the highest levels of dissatisfaction
This isn’t surprising considering this area is furthest away from acute care
75% of the west clare feedback recieved for Shannondoc was rated Poor/Very Poor

Expected Monday morning increase in HSE trolley count today
UHL remains highest with next highest St Vincent’s Dublin at 53
Nationally 23 patients over 75 waiting <24hrs for a bed none are in UHL
There is one obvious solution to constant overcrowding in UHL & that is to give the region another ED!
