Oh by all means, not knocking it, it's a fantastic printer for the price! Kinda loud with the aux fan, but don't need to run that often.
Just annoyed that it's been only six months since release, and already they're showing a new one that's apparently improved on the original and will have the AMS.

Though to be completely honest, the potential USB-C failure is my primary concern. The sparks it makes is pretty crazy. If the CC2 images from Elegoo's Chinese sites end up accurate, I'd probably just actively try and save up for an H2D, obscene price be damned.

Thread about it in r/ElegooCentauriCarbon, also goes into the potential short the USB-C cable on the tool head sometimes develops after hundreds of hours of prints. Our info is nil aside it's an AMS machine, and all mention of the AMS for the original was dropped.
