Gamers be like "omg I can't wait!" and then wait

I’m genuinely so confused why my brain suddenly starts to go crazy at the times I’m actively choosing to want to sleep so I can maintain a lovely little sleep schedule. I can’t even front, EVERY single time my brain is like “SIKE,” and my 11pm bed time turns into not sleeping until 3am or later. 🤔
