Yeah, I don't normally like to be the well actually person but I figured, since it's relatively new knowledge, I'd throw it out there. It's pretty interesting how much we are learning, how much we already know and how much we really really don't know.

He took the Montreal Cognitive Assessment MoCA. At the beginning, you're given 5 words and towards the end you'll asked to call them. Those words are supposed to be entirely unrelated. Something like tulip, napkin, tile, cloud and spatula.The words he received? Man, woman, person, tv and camera.

Respectfully, if by mini-strokes you mean transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), they don't always "wear off". That used to be conventional thinking but not so much any longer.
