Red lentil curry success

I decided to do one of the optional recipe suggestions of blitzing it with my stick blender so it's extra creamy

And I decided to put it on a bed of quinoa, after finding out it's a complete protein

And I added spinach, because spinach is the best

CW: weight loss

Even though I've lost about 40lbs since the start of the year, I feel like I look exactly the same, and that's totally fine

It feels a bit weird when I see people with similar weight loss who look drastically different lmao, but all bodies are different

So apparently Primark put a LOT of dye in their jeans, because I washed them with other clothes without thinking (thankfully only a small load), and now a bunch of my clothes are blue.

Including my favourite, 'Follow 4 More Soft Cannibalism' t-shirt.
