Saying all that I do plenty of metaphorical goat farming. Iake stupid shit in reaktor for the sake of it and spend days crafting a single sound. Some day you just need to get in the weeds

so I killed a goat and skinned it. I then thought that that was cheating too, so I grew my own goat from a baby goat. I also think that is cheating, but I’m not sure where to go from here. I haven’t made any music lately, what with the goat farming and all.

Nail on head. It's why I have two(+) producer names and don't work under my own name like 'composers', even tho I basically consider myself one. I found a market and marketed a bit in that direction... for better or worse haha

for many years I have written music somewhat for imagined dancefloors at festivals as I made a career from that and it got a tad addictive. more and more I'm trying to make music for people nerding out at home, driving their car, going for a walk..only important thing is that it makes me happy tho
