Trump pardoned Hernandez without knowing anything about him. Sounds like an AUTOPEN issue to me. Trump can't even tie is own shoes much less read above the level of a grade 5 kid. And that's saying a lot since an American grade 5 kid reads at the level of a Canadian kindergartener.
