Created a shine / hue shift shader for the cards

This project is a collectible card game inspired by Artifact, MtG, & YGO. I'm actually pretty far along on this. The current goal is to release this year. Most of the completed work is technical, so not much has been presentable until recently. The current collectible card count is 266.
