What I need is to break those 6 pages of notes down into maybe maximum 10 short bullet points of "stuff to remember when I see a Dhalsim" and work on that, not all the minutae. I am capable of improving in this MU. It'll probably happen all at once. These are growing pains.

3-2 and 65th out of 203 in TNS! Score-wise, and overall performance-wise, very very good, and encouraging.

Unfortunately, both losses were 0-3 against 1800+ MR Dhalsim players, in which I got not a single round.

Big SF6 streamers and top players talk ENORMOUS amounts of shit, and the community loves it. Light trash talk, popping off for a win, etc. is all culturally what fighting games *are*… Going after my dick joke, of all things, given some of the things I hear on Twitch, is wild.

Ran a bunch of FT3s with Magnegro_, lost all of them, ended with a 5-15 record. Considering he was just looping effortless perfect KOs on me at Frosty in January, I’ll take that as a sign of progress despite the beatdowns.

Ran some more games with RobTV tonight and having the most trouble VS Ryu with solar plexus.

I’m hearing either backdash as a read to beat the proximity guard, or react with PP or OD Gladius.

It’s 20-frame startup, so possible but harsh.

How is everyone else handling it?
