Autistic, they/them, 27. Currently learning how to art, also interested in game dev, probably a touch bit edgy. Likes watching anime, looking at wetlands and open expanses of nature, occasionally watches movies (And dunks on them plenty).
Right, so no access to services like buying ice eh?

I mean I'm not sure if you're in the position to be trying that method, but that's what my family at least attempted to try when we had our old fridge break down, we threw things into a cooler with a load of ice.

I think some stuff still had to be thrown away but it mitigated the damage.

No cooler and ice?

I think I've seen at least one dev complaining about the potential for that, in talking about the dilution of GenAI -> AI. Albeit, ya, it's different from it actually happening.

Definitely have seen a very young person mistake another person's vocab for ChatGPT.

Like, do you actually do that or is this just a mild exaggeration that's not clicking in my head?

*Mild confusion noises*

Albeit the audience might be stretched into disbelief by a dragon dying of an accident and the cavemen managing to find materials capable of salvaging the bones and shaping them correctly (Excusing the magic they were allowed to use in an inevitable draconic tyranny.)

Trampled by a horse and lion.

Maybe I'm looking at it wrong, but assuming they're simply making fun of "upper-class people", do they not realize a blue/pink-collar family in the outskirts of a place with 25% cows as residents can store wine, buy cheese later, and visit an art gallery nearby in a small city and buy $30 art?
January 7, 2025 at 7:26 PM
I'm now just staring at my monitor like "Really?" because I'm someone who's never visited an art gallery in their life wanting to visit one (And don't have the cash for that sort of casual transport to a city miles away, much less fees!) and just thought the video was a silly little joke.

My family's raised them before, ya, I know to mind my business at least (Last time we had them, they'd free-roam.), but I ain't hyperaware near them.

That being said, I wasn't in charge of taking care of them, but I know how scary a rooster can get from my mom.

Would be a real big shame if someone showed them Makai Toushi Sa・Ga/The Final Fantasy Legend's gameplay, especially with regards to Monster characters.

I mean admittedly I have tried talking about them before to no avail on Discord, but I rely purely on word-of-mouth online to find stuff and I still apparently dug far enough to at least *hear* about Sword and Fairy, the ZX Spectrum, and various things people have talked about here.

Hey, so I'm a bit out-of-the-loop with regards to all this talk about non-American and Japanese titles. Are people mostly talking about this from a historical lens rather than just those games in general?

Just asking as an American that heavily enjoys Puzzle Quest and Eador: Genesis - New Horizons
