I hope there are two versions of Shredder. You can make a blue black version that is your basic ninja boss type. Then you make a mono black two sided card that has him normal on one side and Super Shredder on the other.

Kind of. It makes a lot of sense seeing the time with the rules changes recently. For example: Legendary vehicles can be commanders ahead of the Star Trek set.
