Day 48-Short Run: Just over 8k to celebrate to start the vacations. Day 49-Fartlek: Normally, Wednesday is an intervals day, but this week, following the plan, 3k warm-up, 6 blocks of 1,5k marathon pace and 0,5k easy, 1k cool-down; 16k in total. Happy Eve!! #Run #Fartlek #Running

Day 35 - Long Run: I finished the sixth week of my marathon plan with a little over 1 hour and 55 minutes to reach 22 km and 70 km for the week. Next week, I'm going to reduce the load to allow for the necessary adaptations. #Running #LongRun
