But it wasn't the Democrats who tripled ICE's budget (>$75bn) last year.
It's the current presidency that's perverting justice by giving powers of summary execution ("license to kill") to ppl trained for only 47 days.

Ppl don't like ICE because of the human rights abuses without accountability; not bc it was created by the Republicans.
Your article does not acknowledge Trump vastly increased ICE budget + mission.
Crucially, just because something is "legal" doesn't make it right.
