Accidentally opened my front facing camera. A humbling experience.

I hate having a smartphone so much. It's a fucking prison.
fernyfern.bsky.social
But she is, in fact, perfect.
fernyfern.bsky.social
Oh man, I forgot this film existed but it's such a banger. I'm gonna watch it tomorrow.
fernyfern.bsky.social
Sorry WHAT? You haven't played it yet?!
fernyfern.bsky.social
IN MY OPINION (because I know it's very important for you that I stress that), I didn't fucking like what I saw. I didn't like his attitude. I didn't like him bollocking the dog for no real reason. I didn't like his response when she yelped in pain. What are you even arguing with me about?
fernyfern.bsky.social
Okay, and why was his response to that so cold? I don't know anyone who would react to their dog hurting themself with anything other than 'oh shit, are you okay?'

I've had dogs for about 30 years and I work with them, actually. If they yelp, I feel empathy and want to check they're okay.

I'm muting this and you can take it as a win. Having read your bio, I can see that you're in the habit of bickering on social media, and that it's very important to you. I suppose it gives your life some semblance of meaning. Have fun with that, chief.
fernyfern.bsky.social
regardless of whether he has ever used a shock collar or not. I find it fucking weird to bitch at the dog for moving and to then not worry about her being okay when she seemed hurt.
fernyfern.bsky.social
No, I am saying that I disliked him verbally reprimanding her for getting off the bed, and I especially disliked him showing no concern at all when she yelped. Stop twisting my words. I didn't like the attitude that I saw him have towards her and my opinion of that isn't changing -
fernyfern.bsky.social
Dogs don't yelp and recoil for no reason. I know what I saw and I'm not going to be gaslit by you, I fear.
fernyfern.bsky.social
What are you not grasping? I still can't say for sure that it's not a shock collar, having never seen one before.

Once again (and this is the last time I'm repeating it), my issue was that he reprimanded her unfairly and then showed no concern when she yelped. That is weird to me and I dislike it.
fernyfern.bsky.social
I already admitted that I can't say for sure either way.
fernyfern.bsky.social
Literally admitted multiple times now that I can't say for certain whether it was or wasn't a shock collar.
fernyfern.bsky.social
I'm not 100% sure, no. Shock collars are banned here so I've never used one, and I've seen multiple conflicting pieces of information on it.

Like I've stressed 927389493 times, my problem was him reprimanding her in the first place and then showing no sympathy when she was hurt.
fernyfern.bsky.social
Yeah, that's my opinion. Sorry, I didn't realise that I had to preface every comment I make with 'in my opinion'. Thank god you're here to police my wording.
fernyfern.bsky.social
It's actually okay to change your opinion on something over time, if more details become apparent. So yeah, I'm not deleting anything.
fernyfern.bsky.social
Not deleting shit, based off what I saw, I believed it was a shock collar (and tbh I'm still not completely convinced it wasn't). I did, however, admit in another post that there was no way to definitively say but that ultimately I took issue with his attitude towards the dog regardless.
fernyfern.bsky.social
Oh yeah, that's definitely comparable. My comment acknowledges the possibility that there was no collar, but the salient point is that the rest of the interaction is sketchy as fuck. It was unpleasant and I didn't like it, and I'm not sure why you're bickering with me over my opinion.
fernyfern.bsky.social
I was literally saying hours ago that even if there was no collar, his behaviour was shitty. If the caveat at the beginning of that statement is at all ambiguous or confusing for you, I apologise. I simply don't know how to make it easier for you.
fernyfern.bsky.social
That is a direct answer to your question. I'm saying IF he did use one, it's not impossible that he got frustrated in the moment.

I am having the conversation with you right now because YOU replied to ME to begin with, to defend him.
Cba writing out all the text, sorry.
fernyfern.bsky.social
You literally keep going on about shock collars to me, despite me saying that regardless of that, my issue was his behaviour overall. Like?????
fernyfern.bsky.social
Hey, so you fell awfully quiet when I called you on your bullshit. I didn't like a single post saying he should be killed. Stop lying, it's pathetic.

I don't appreciate being lied about and I also don't respect pussies that can't back it up but then scuttle off to their page to chat more shit.
shrubx.bsky.social
Shithead: *likes and retweets things calling for Hasan to be killed for lies about animal abuse*

Me: that’s a shitty thing to do

Shithead: “I-I-I dint say it… t-t-they did, not me”
fernyfern.bsky.social
I don't know man, it seems like you do care what I personally think about him since you keep replying to me like you're trying to convince me of something.
fernyfern.bsky.social
Again, the first word in my response was 'if'. I didn't call him an abuser, I said that he was shitty for reprimanding her and reacting unsympathetically when she yelped in pain. What is up for debate here?
