I started weaving the sample w black on the red warp, which also looked p sick 😎 (Pro of red/red is you can’t see my mistakes so easy tho lol)

Right?! I started with black on the red warp but the mercerized cotton was so shiny that I was like… 🤔 WAIT. The motif is from a pattern called ‘Turin 8shaft Scarves’ on Etsy, but it’s really similar to other star of bethlehem overshot drafts so you should be able to get smth similar w 4 shafts!

Thank you! It’s 8 shaft, and the pattern is called ‘Turin 8shaft Scarves Weaving Draft’ on Etsy. I modified it to use 5/2 mercerized cotton to get the super shiny look. It’s kinda a modified star of bethlehem motif, though, so a similar effect could definitely be achieved with 4 shafts!
