Ok it happened twice, it's really easy to trigger accidentally and from what I see it is already pretty well documented. It gives you flying and invincibilty, at least to certain attacks, I wonder if, by beating the boss in this state, you can keep the bug and carry it through loads.

Finally defeated the semi-boss! The reward was a disappointing although not unexpected, I knew I was getting into a cul de sac so I had no reason to believe I was doing any major sequence breaking. It was fun still!

Obsessing a bit over this "sequence break" I've been attempting it over and over again and I've gotten way more consistent, the problem is that right after, there is a semi-boss fight that I cannot beat 😖
So I have no idea what exactly this skips to, probably just something optional

I expected the WR to play a way riskier bastion. DK gets you lots of pigs but takes a while to set up. Also getting basically the whole chalice is insane to me.
I would have loved to see some manhunt variant given the rampart start.
And he could have already left at the pearlhang with 5 beds.
