Setting aside the bad science, the message here is that pregnant women should suffer--and risk harming their fetus with untreated fever--to reduce their chance of having a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Which makes clear his disdain for women *and* people with ASD.

Furious that I walked the hospital halls during residency with this sadistic architect of so much avoidable childhood suffering and death. It astounds me that Joe could complete an excellent, ethical training program and come out the other side caring this little about patients’ lives. For shame.

New HIV nPEP guidelines are out! This is very exciting news!! Biktarvy for nPEP (yay!). nPEP should be started and not delayed waiting for labs (yay!). Further emphasis that U=U and some people are on PrEP, so may not need nPEP (double yay!) #HIVSky #IDSky
