I think the cost is a bit lower in colourless decks, but there really are so many better 3 mana rocks, so it's just my mind stubbonly engaging with durdley puzzle that is Chromatic Lantern. I just have this incling that it's better in single/no colour decks and isn't fixing/filtering per se

Also, the Xenomorph really wasn't the star of the show, and given the time and location A:E is set it, it loses mountains of narrative tension as we know the eventual outcome

I was trying to explain this to my partner, he loved it but I felt the pacing was wrong for the different arcs, so the multi-season arcs got too much time and the single-season arcs too little, which felt unsatisfying

As a perennial pearl-clutcher who is a somewhat change-averse, even I think there's a lot of "sky falling" worry about something fairly small. My concern is about clarity, and a question if all colours are equally represented in hybrid mana, as if not then it feels a bit lopsided?

I think it's fine to not Pay The One if you understand the implications and you can play it to your advantage. If you have Nekusar out, why would you PTO? If you just cba or have no plan, then it does feel disrespectful of peoples' time. If you don't understand, it's not unsporting but it just sucks

Girl, same. Pissed off for bothering to spend 20 minutes for actually constructive feedback. I'm older than the Professor and starting to feel his grouch!

20 minutes of my time, lots of considered write-in feedback only to get this. I guess you really don't want to hear how much you dropped the ball on this one...

Love this! It's in my top 3 from the sound track - this, Raphael's Final Act and I Want To Live (lyric version). Usually IWTL is the one, but Down By The River gets me super emosh lol
