dunno if EN fandom is discussing it at all since it’s difficult to translate and I haven’t read the EN version, but Yoshida switched 俺/僕 pronouns in the middle of a page this chapter. Seemingly deliberate hint that there’s smth unusual going on with identity there.
Yoshida in Chainsaw Man Ch. 188, asking Denji (semi-facetiously?) whether he wants to kill him later or eat him now. Everyone including Asa makes faces at each other. Yoshida’s got a shit-eating grin. Also, the killing sentence uses 俺 and the eating sentence uses 僕.
