well... not really BUT pretty much did it!!
I realised a couple days ago that you have to appear as 'coming soon' on Steam for 2 weeks before release, so the game will release on December 13th, instead of tomorrow :p

Big day today!

Wittling literally 100's of levels down to a few dozen, then making them as fun and full of intention as I can!

FINALLY updated the dash and gun mechanic so you have incentive to not just hold dash and shoot at all times! :D

another sunday with very little time, but 10000 new ideas :D
testing out 3 new enemies and floating exploding barrels! they're hard to time right which makes it really satisfying when you get that perfect shot!

it's all about making shit loads of levels and then picking the good ones and making them great now. lacking a couple bits of art, but this is the best (and hardest) level i did today.

Had more time today!
- Did all the assets for the steam submission
- Made these dope TNT throwing guys! They're fun, somewhat unpredictable AND explosions can kill other enemies too 🤠
- New shotgun bandit enemy
- Vinesauce played PUAL BLARP!

new 'void chaser' enemy that cannot be killed + skeletons that turn into voids when killed + a bunch of snow levels work + third pass on all finished levels

getting to the point where I'm having to be very selective of what I spend time on 😬🤠

wasn't sure to share something more interesting, but it's fun to share the #gamedev reality that all I did today was implement this pause and save system. It took a couple hours, and that is fast because I took all the code from my last project.
