I'm thinking about starting a project where everyday/rank and file activists talk about their own experiences of being involved in left orgs in the last ten years, which I think would help reveal the current dynamics and problems, and help activists work out what they can do next, and...

I salute your energy and work resisting the imposition of these flags and facing down the thugs. Even if there are still flags up, other people seeing that there are allies out there is important.
