^^^^ exactly, I own a home, and this is exactly what is happening. If I sold my house now, sure I’d cash out big but then I’d have to put every dollar back into another house just as expensive. There’s no incentive to the home owner, unless you’re dumb and can’t put 2 and 2 together here.
