This is what it looked like turning to my left to face southeast, and out back looking southwestward about a minute later. It was astounding how much of a difference a matter of seconds and change of direction made.

Wow!! No wonder I couldn't figure out the vantage point, and the visibility is stunning! Such a beautiful route. Is it still icy up there after all the recent rain? No wonder you had such a long drive home.

Wow!! Where where were those shots taken from? I’m normally on the other side of that view and closer (Chinatown, between Dodger Stadium & DTLA), so that’s a different and really interesting perspective for me. I can only hope to learn to take photos/timelapses like that someday.
