I feel this, for myself. I have to pace myself with the tragedies rolling in each day.
I can’t & won’t tell anyone what to do, but I’ll gently suggest if you’re already feverishly tracking everything this incoming administration does & says & every piece of lobotomized court intrigue you’ll lose your mind right about when you need it most. Go paint some model figurines or something.
