My BP number is still higher than it should be on the lower number and I’ve been on pills, exercising and eating better. I was on a second pill but it causes swelling.

My doctor uses a BP machine and doesn’t check it manually, like my former doctor used to. I wonder how accurate they really are?

Thank you Jim! We are on mandatory water restrictions now as we draw from Grand lake. Not much rain in the forecast for the next few weeks but I know there’s a storm off the coast of the US developing. That pesky high pressure system needs to go LOL!

That’s very possible! I have unusual fear of fire and I don’t mean a candle either. I don’t like open fires, like campfires. I swear I was burned in the witch trials.😣😣😣😣
