Along with a 20% sale this week, we're also announcing a new content update for the game!

We're adding NEW GAME DX, which will add extra content to a second playthrough. It includes new collectables, challenge levels, and special perks for each character.

You can tackle each of the main missions in any order. Most of those levels are pretty big and complex, and each level has a bunch of short side-missions attached to play after, some of which require certain characters unlocked, and there's hidden objectives to get the True Ending and it's a LOT.

There's been so many great little games over the past few months that I've shone too little of a spotlight on. If the idea of Mega Man + Alien Hominid tickles your fanciest places, Contract Rush DX is a joy. Flash-era design expanded polished up to modern standards.

Non-linear with lots of options!

Small fanart I quickly whipped up a while back for my friend @figburn.com 's game : Contract Rush DX.

The static sprites on the left only have a limit of 4 colours, the other ones repsect NES limitations (3 colors + transparency per 8x8 tile).

I might make it a full thing later on!

I've played probably 40 hours of this game in total, completed it four times AND I'M GOING TO DO IT AGAIN!

Today, I finished 'Contract Rush DX' by @figburn.com and Melon. Each level being completely different with a unique context, as well as an amazing power-up system, make this by far one of the best 'Mega Man'-likes I've had the pleasure of finishing.
