Her parents put her into ballet class at four, but she was never the best in her class, but she always had fun dancing. Even after leaving ballet school, She continues to do the stretch exercises she learned to this day!

While she was always strong for a girl, she didn't really focus on bodybuilding until sixteen. She didn't know anything about protein shakes at the time--she just wanted to get stronger after her accident. She soon made it a key part of her training, and you see the results!
