Same. So I’ve been watching Love is Blind from other countries. Germany, with Sweden and Italy coming soon. I have to be present and can’t scroll on my phone if I want to know what’s happening. It’s almost mindfulness, though I’m watching UK now, and I’m still mindlessly picking up my phone :/

It was soooo cold! But I didn’t do the polar plunge this year on New Year’s Day, so this was my halfway-through-January-mini-plunge.
