Missouri, Kansas, and Idaho filed a federal lawsuit against the FDA and its approval of generic Mifepristone. After a lengthy 180+ pages describing some of the side effects and reactions to taking the drug, the final pages conclude with how the plaintiff states experience harm from this action.
