Im also in therapy right now too, and im very thankful im in that too so I can work out my problems in a healthy way instead of relying on my friends and relationships for it. I feel awful for using all of them as my therapist instead of hanging out like they expected me to.

and im very thankful for every ounce of it. Since I started, ive noticed a significant amount of remorse towards everyone ive hurt, and while only a few have forgiven me, the rest are still hurting from the damage ive caused. It hurts to know this, but i hope and pray they'll heal soon.
