The strangest acquisition from Thought Bubble 2024. And one of the strangest books I've ever read. The newspaper stories are by turns weird and horrifying. The illustrations by @jwebstersharp.bsky.social are mind-blowing. Truly unique.

And yet more from the TBub24 stack. This fine horror/ere collection from @rapiaghi.bsky.social, @robjoneswrites.bsky.social and various others was fine (gruesome) entertainment. The two tales with the guy oblivious to, and inadvertently killing, a couple of eldritch threats were standouts for me.

Catching up on TBub24 haul (at long last). This book collecting some of the late Chris Reynolds' work is superb. Impossible to categorise. Extremely odd and slightly disturbing but beautifully, sparsely illustrated. Nicely done @darkandgolden.bsky.social
